Amber Hall - Amber Nicole Customs

Amber Hall is the owner and designer of Amber Nicole Customs. She was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Beechcroft High School. As a self-taught designer, Amber learned to sew from various professionally trained women in her life. She is inspired by confident women who embrace fashion regardless of size and love challenging perceptions of plus-size fashion. Her passion lies in changing people's minds about what plus fashion should and could be.

From a young age, influenced by her mother, aunties, and cousins, Amber realized that sexiness is not about size but about mindset. It's not about the size of the clothing but how you wear it. Her dream is to normalize seeing plus-size bodies on the runway, creating beautiful fashions for everyone. She is proud to be part of a movement that makes space for all body types in the fashion world and looks forward to continuing to design, grow, and evolve in this journey.

With 15 years of design experience, Amber initially started her brand as Anic' Productions. After a four-year hiatus, she rebranded as Amber Nicole in 2021. Her recent showcases include the Lincoln Theater for Club Couture, Passport to Fashion, and Fashion Week Columbus' first plus-size showcase mixer. Additionally, she has showcased at Ms. Bea's Scholarship Gala. These events represent just a few of Amber's recent achievements as she continues to build and expand Amber Nicole Customs.
